Sciforma

The Sciforma platform  is a complete web-based planning and control tool. It allows you to "design" the company organization within the system  for assigning user permissions, create specific teams for each  project, set up workflows, start projects  and  check their progress .
The collaborative function between the project team and the Project/Program Manager is enhanced through the interaction of the activities and the detection of deviations from the planning. Operational resources have a dedicated area available for entering timesheets on an hourly or daily basis.
At a strategic level, the PMO has monitoring and simulation tools both for the control of what has been achieved and for the definition of new scenarios, through the  Portfolio Analysis, Ranking and Simulation, Budget Management and Capacity Planning functions .
Each function is available via browser and the data is updated in real time and distributed to the team based on the permissions defined by the administrator. The display functions (read only) of the different areas of the system can be granted to specific users at no additional cost
